I ordered a dress & paid for rush delivery, 7-10 days. When I didn't receive it I got in touch & turns out they're handmade & there is time needed to make the dress which at the time I bought the dress I didn't know about. I had faith, thought handmade maybe will be better, waited it out. I eventually got the dress almost a whole month after I initially ordered it. It was very different from the advertised photo. The colour was much brighter, which is manageable. The neckline however was very upsetting. In the photo it was nice & elegant. But what I got felt like a rushed uncared for job. Like it didn't look like the photo at all. And the centre bit between the cups had the embroidery edges sticking out. It was clearly a poor job for the finishing touches and that ruinee the dress. Aside from that I'd say their customer service is alright as when I email I hear back from my them quickly.
Aside from that I wouldn't recommend getting ur dress from here. Unless there r reviews with photos you can see, or someone you know got there dress u want I wouldn't advise to risk it. I risked it and now I'm rushing trying to find another dress to wear for my brother's wedding 😭

I wore it to a wedding and received so many compliments all night. It’s elegant, classy, and has that “wow” factor when you walk into the room.
